If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll make it right.

Please email us within 7 days of delivery at shop@névari.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A photo of the damaged or incorrect item

  • A brief description of the issue

We’ll replace your item as quickly as possible.
